Protein Bar
Ingredients
- 90 g VitaFiber® IMO Syrup
- 30 g Pea protein (or any other protein powder)
- 4 g Almond flour
- 15 g Unsweetened chocolate OR 20 g freeze dried fruit powder
Method
- Heat the VitaFiber® IMO syrup until warm but not boiling.
- Add protein powder, almond flour, and flavour (chocolate can be either added in small chunks or melted.)
- Mold into desired size and shape and refrigerate to set.
