Mango and Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup (300ml) yogurt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water
- 1/2 cup (100g) strawberries
- 1 cup (200g) mango
- 2 Tbsp (20g) chia seeds
- 1 cup (44g) protein / amino powder
- 1/4 cup (74g) VitaFiber® IMO syrup
- 1/4 cup (37g) VitaFiber® IMO powder
- 2 mint leaves
Method
- Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water until gelatinous.
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
