Ingredients

  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1 cup (240g) coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Zest of one lime
  • 2 tbsp (25g) VitaFiber® IMO powder

Method

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender.
