Vanilla Matcha Latte
A high fiber, high protein, low sugar alternative to your daily latte. Get an energy boost without as much caffeine. Full of antioxidants, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc!
Preparation time: 10 mins
Serving size: 1 cup
1 tbsp VitaClassic syrup
1 cup milk of your choice
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Boil water and pour into mug, add matcha powder and mix.
- In a separate mug, mix milk, VitaClassic syrup, and vanilla. Microwave for 1 minute.
- Use a handheld frother to froth milk mixture.
- Add to matcha mixture. Sip and enjoy!
