Sweet Sriracha Almonds
Quit the chips! Try these easy to make roasted almonds next time you get the munchies.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup VitaFiber IMO syrup
- 3 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups almonds
- Flaky sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300ºF.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey, Sriracha, and oil until warm.
- Toss mixture with almonds.
- Spread almonds in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet; sprinkle with salt. Roast 15 to 20 minutes, stirring a few times.
- Remove roasted almonds and allow to cool before serving. You may have to break them up a bit once cool.
