No-Bake Chocolate Raspberry Protein Bar

A quick and easy recipe! This simple and healthy snack is packed full of protein and fiber. 


Cooking time: 10 min + 2 hours chill time in the fridge
Serving size: 8 bars

    Ingredients

    • 150g VitaClassic Syrup
    • 12g Freeze-dried raspberry powder
    • 100g Vegan chocolate protein powder
    • 2 Tbsp Dark chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. Pour VitaClassic Syrup in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 15 seconds or until it has reaches a more liquid texture
    2. Remove from the microwave and add the freeze-dried raspberry powder and vegan chocolate protein powder
    3. Using a wooden spoon and mix until well incorporated. Fold in the dark chocolate chips
    4. Spread the mixture into a pan and smooth it out
    5. Top with more dark chocolate chips if desired
    6. Place it in the fridge and allow to set and firm up
