No-Bake Chocolate Raspberry Protein Bar
A quick and easy recipe! This simple and healthy snack is packed full of protein and fiber.
Cooking time: 10 min + 2 hours chill time in the fridge

Ingredients
- 150g VitaClassic Syrup
- 12g Freeze-dried raspberry powder
- 100g Vegan chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp Dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Pour VitaClassic Syrup in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 15 seconds or until it has reaches a more liquid texture
- Remove from the microwave and add the freeze-dried raspberry powder and vegan chocolate protein powder
- Using a wooden spoon and mix until well incorporated. Fold in the dark chocolate chips
- Spread the mixture into a pan and smooth it out
- Top with more dark chocolate chips if desired
- Place it in the fridge and allow to set and firm up
