Golden Mylk Oatmeal Cookies
If you're a big fan of oats then this recipe is for you! It's vegan, gluten-free and the texture is chef's kiss.

Ingredients
- 1 Flax egg
- 100g GF quick oats
- 90g GF flour blend
- 1 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Golden Mylk mix
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 28g Coconut oil, melted
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 60mL VitaFiber Syrup
- 90ml Oat mylk
- 2 Tbsp Dark chocolate chips
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, prepare your flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flax + 3 Tbsp water) and allow it to sit for 5 min or until it gels up
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the GF oats, GF flour, Turmeric Golden Mylk, baking powder, and salt
- Add VitaFiber Syrup, oat mylk, and vanilla extract to your flax egg mixture and whisk until combined
- Add your liquid mixture to your dry mixture
- Fold in your chocolate chips and mix until well incorporated
- Cover your dough and allow it to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Preheat your oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Use an ice cream scoop to create your cookie balls
- These cookies won’t spread so gently flatten them to your desired thickness
- Bake for 9 min
